How Can low Grade Fever Along With Abdominal Pain Be Treated?
I have sle stage 4//5 I cannot take nsaids or Tylenol or opiates. I cannot take aspirin it causes an Itp effect low platelets. I can no longer take prednisone for flares. I am having a flare with a low grade fever for two weeks now. No other symptoms till today my lower abdomen hurts in the middle. My urine Is clear and no pain when I go.

I have gone through your medical history of SLE carefully and understood your concerns.
I understand that you cannot take NSAIDs or Tylenol or opiates or aspirin or prednisone.
You could try using water sponging which would decrease your fever.
Take rest.
Adequate water.
You have to take immunosuppresant drugs for SLE.
